The ACL module, short for Access Control List, is an API for other modules to create lists of users and give them access to nodes. It has no UI of its own and will not do anything by itself; install this module only if some other module tells you to.
We're aware of the following modules using ACL (let us know if you know of others):
This module provides a checklist of good Drupal SEO (Search Engine Optimization) best practices. Maximize the presence of your Drupal website in the major search engines like Google, Yahoo, Bing, etc. It provides a checklist that helps you keep track of what needs to be done. First, it will look to see what modules you already have installed. Then, all you have to do is go down the list of unchecked items and do them. When all the items are checked, you're done!

The getID3() Drupal module facilitates the installation and management of the getID3() PHP library, used to extract useful information from MP3s and other multimedia file formats.

This suite is primarily a set of APIs and tools to improve the developer experience. It also contains a module called the Page Manager whose is to manage pages. In particular it manages panel pages, but as it grows it will be able to manage far more than just Panels.
For the moment, it includes the following tools:
#D7CX: I pledge that Backup and Migrate will have a full Drupal 7 release on the day that Drupal 7 is released.
Administration Menu is one of the most useful modules for any Drupal webmaster. Because of this, you will find it to be on the top or near the top of any top 10 Drupal module list. It brings all of the most important sections of the back-end of the Drupal server together with an easy to navigate CSS menu.
All Drupal Webmasters, Admins, and Moderators will want to pick this module up for your Drupal server. It is always the first module I install to cut down the time it takes to do everything else on a new Drupal server install, or to modify an existing server install.
